This privacy notice governs the processing of personal data of customers of ALTERNATIVAS INNOVADORAS EN MEDIO DE PAGO, S.A. DE C.V. (“Pademobile”), pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Entities (the Law) and its Regulations, and is related to the Service Contract that the customers have entered into with Pademobile (the “Contract”) and the services described on our Website, www.pademobile.com.
I. Collected Information and Procedures for its Collection.
Pademobile, domiciled at Bosque de Duraznos No. 75, Oficina 706, Bosques de las Lomas, Postal Code. 11700, México, D.F., processes customers’ personal data, i.e., information that may reasonably identify them and that is necessary in order to address and formalize the business relationship affiliated with the services offered by Pademobile pursuant to the Contract and/or the Website. Personal data that are collected and processed may include, where appropriate: the customer’s first and last names; age; occupation; home, work and/or tax addresses; e-mail address; home, work, or cell phone numbers; Unique Population Registry Code (CURP); Tax ID Number (RFC); Voter’s Card Number and Code or any other official identification; and method of payment. Pademobile shall collect personal data from you directly, or from those whom you give as references. Personal data are collected by electronic means, sources open to public access, and other sources available in the market. Pademobile does not collect and process sensitive personal data.
II. Purposes for Processing the Data.
The personal data collected by Pademobile shall be used for the provision, operation and recording of services rendered by Pademobile pursuant to the Contract, or otherwise, those described on our Website, which include; (i) the sending and delivery of money using a mobile phone number; (ii) the use of a comprehensive payment platform; (iii) the use of computing platforms, methodologies, software and related systems; (iv) the rendering of invoicing services; (vii) and other services as provided for in the Contract and/or the Pademobile Website. Pademobile may use your personal data to offer you, as applicable, other Pademobile products and/or services. It may also send you promotions and other items or services related to Pademobile, which are non-essential purposes for compliance with the Contract.
III. Transfer of Data.
Pademobile may transfer your personal data to Mexican or foreign third parties that provide it services necessary for proper corporate operation and management, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, controllers, associates, brokers, or companies that make up the corporation and persons with which Pademobile has a business relationship. We inform you that in such cases, Pademobile shall take the necessary measures to ensure that those who have access to your personal data comply with this Privacy Notice, as well as with the principles of personal data protection established in the Law and Regulations. If you do not express opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it shall be understood that you have granted your consent thereof.
IV. Measures to Protect Personal Data.
Personal data processed by Pademobile are protected by security, administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing, in accordance with the provisions of the Law and its Regulations. All personal data stored electronically are held in safe and confidential data banks.
V. Methods to Ensure the Upholding of the ARCO Rights.
You or your duly accredited legal representative may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, as well as exercise the right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection to the processing of data as provided by the law (“ARCO Rights”), through the methods made available to you by Pademobile once you submit a request to the Department of Data Protection, either in person at the Pademobile offices or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. It is worth mentioning that the exercise of any of the ARCO rights is not a precondition, nor shall it impede the exercise of other rights. Additionally, we inform you that you have the right to initiate a Data Protection Procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (www.ifai.gob.mx) within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date the response is received from Pademobile or after 20 (twenty) business days following the date of receipt of your request to exercise the ARCO Rights.
VI. Revocation of Consent.
You may revoke your consent, as well as object to the processing of your personal data for purposes that are not essential to the legal relationship that justified the Contract. You may request such revocation by visiting the Pademobile offices or by sending an e-mail to [email protected], requesting that we exclude it from our marketing, advertising or commercial research campaigns.

VIII. Changes to the Privacy Notice.
Pademobile may modify its privacy notice in order to implement improvements and incorporate new measures in accordance with the Law and other regulatory provisions. You will be notified of any modification to this notice by any of the following means: a message sent to you by e-mail or to your mobile phone; a message posted at www.pademobile.com. or by messages published in widely circulated newspapers.
